Services We Provide to the Community

Below is an overview of the services Allevia provides. At Allevia, we have been serving the Sydney community since 1978 and aim to provide the same convenient, quality service that has made us a leader in the community services industry.

Adult Accommodation Services
Group home accommodation for people with a disability aged 18 years and over.
Entry is generally through the Ageing, Disability, and Home Care, Department of Human Services NSW - Vacancy Management System.

The ASPIRE Program
Out-of-Home Care support for children and young people in crisis.
Entry is typically through referral by the Department of Community Services.

Bankstown Occasional Care
Occasional care for children aged 0-5 years of age, living in the Bankstown LGA.
Fees are charged at an hourly rate.

Bankslink
Occasional care for children aged 0-5 years of age who have special needs, and who live in the Bankstown LGA.
Fees are charged at an hourly rate.

Allevia Day Program
Day program service for adults with a disability.
Fees are negotiated with the individual client.

Arablink
In home and community based respite and support for children, young people, and adults with a disability who are Arabic and live in the Bankstown and Auburn LGAs.
The program is funded by Ageing, Disability, and Home Care
, Department of Human Services NSW

Vietlink
In home and community based respite and support for people with a disability who are Vietnamese and living in the Bankstown LGA.

Roselink
In home and community based respite and support for people with a disability living in the Bankstown LGA.
The program is funded by Ageing, Disability, and Home Care, Department of Human Services NSW

Youth Group and Peer Support
Providing a range of recreational and leisure activities on weekends and evenings, for adolescents and young adults who have a disability.
Participants are required to meet their own activity costs (e.g. entry fee).

DARE TO ASPIRE

Clinical Support Service
Providing support to agencies, families, and individuals who have a disability to address issues relating to behaviour problems, mental illness, and skill development.
Fees are charged at an hourly rate and are negotiated on a case by case basis.
