Employee Support Manager - Sandra Hilton Sandra has worked at Allevia since 2001. She has been involved in the community sector for almost 24 years across a broad range of roles including nursing, direct care support, leadership, case management, return to work coordination, work health and safety coordination/management, quality assurance, policy, training, human resource management, and as an unpaid carer. Her current role at Allevia has her supporting people to apply, attain, and retain employment in the disability sector and she contributes significantly to the quality management of the company through her WHS responsibilities.
