Appointment of Auditor

On 16 May 2025, The Allevia Board of Directors received formal notice of consent for the appointment of StewartBrown Chartered Accountants (StewartBrown) as auditor of Allevia Limited, subject to the resignation of Grant Thornton Audit Pty Ltd, the incumbent auditors.

30 July 2025: ASIC Consents to Resignation of Auditor

(the Company)

 

We refer to the Application for ASIC consent to resign as an auditor of a public company submitted on 11 July 2025, for Grant Thornton Audit Pty Ltd to resign as auditor of the Company.

 

Under s329(8) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Corporations Act) the auditor’s resignation takes effect on the later of:

• the day specified in the notice of resignation; or

• the day on which ASIC gives its consent to the resignation; or

• on the day (if any) fixed by ASIC for the purpose.

 

We have consented to the resignation to take effect on 30 July 2025."
