Our Services Support Coordination Support coordination Have you got 'Support Coordination' or 'Support Connection' in your NDIS Plan? Allevia provides Support Coordination services to people who live in the Sydney Metropolitan and Illawarra regions (and sometimes in other areas if we recognise someone's need that can't be met by other agencies). Support coordination is a part of the NDIS that aims to strengthen the ability of NDIS participants to access all supports they need and want. This includes informal (unpaid), mainstream (available to all members of the community), community (provided by community based services and businesses) and funded supports (paid for out of NDIS approved funds). Our team have been providing support coordination services to people with disability and their representatives since the NDIS started in 2016.
