OUR STRATEGIC SUMMARY

CLIENT PROPOSITION:

Support which has a long-term sustained positive impact on a person's ability to rise above life's challenges.

THE 4 PILLARS OF ALLEVIA'S STRATEGY

1. GROWING OUR MARKET SHARE WITHIN THE NDIS:

The Goal: We deliver quality supports which meet the needs and wants of people with a disability.

The Outcomes: Allevia offers a wider range of NDIS supports; Allevia understands its impact on people's lives and this shapes what we do; The community is aware of and informed about the services Allevia provides; Allevia informs the community of its capacity to deliver supports.

2. EXTENDING OUR SERVICES BEYOND NDIS REIMBURSED SUPPORTS

The Goal: Allevia provides services to people with a disability which are both funded through the NDIS and through other funding arrangements.

The Outcomes: People with a disability have access to more support at Allevia than the NDIS provides; Allevia works in partnership with a community who contribute to Allevia's resources.

3. DEVELOPMENT OF COMPLEMENTARY SERVICES TO THE PEOPLE IN OUR CLIENTS' CIRCLES OF SUPPORT

The Goal: Supporters of people with a disability understand how to support them to rise above life's challenges and uphold their human rights.

The Outcomes: Supporters pursue activities which promote the development of their capacity and capability to provide support to others in need.

4. EXPANDING OUR TARGET CLIENT GROUP AND GEOGRAPHICAL REACH AS OPPORTUNITIES PRESENT

The Goal: Allevia provides its services to people in 'new' regions and to people with a broad range of support needs.

The Outcomes: Allevia reflects, learns, and evolves based in its experiences; Allevia is prepared to respond to opportunities to expand its business; Allevia extends its capacity and capability to provide supports to people.
