Catherine has formal qualifications in Vocational Training and Assessment, Community Welfare/Community Services, and Personnel/Human Resource Management. A skilled implementer and trainer in person centred services, Active Support, and quality customer service, Catherine has effectively worked to foster and develop organisational cultures committed to human rights for all. She is a skilled tender and policy writer, using a consultative approach to establishing an organisation's point of difference and strengths. She is also skilled at budgeting and supporting managers and Boards to achieve full financial clarity in strategic planning and organisational management. Catherine is a ‘hands on’ operations specialist who knows how to promote proactive organisational risk mitigation strategies to front-line staff and promote a customer service culture.

Maggie joined Allevia in 2014 as a Payroll Officer and now heads up the Finance section of Allevia's administration team. She has an Advanced Diploma in Accounting. Her skills and experience in all things accounting means that Allevia has a strong financial management system which ensures that the company is compliant with laws and regulations and is openly accountable to it members, its clients, its employees, and the community.

Philip has worked at Allevia since 2004. He has worked in many roles in the community services and health sectors since 1981 including in government and non-government organisations. He is a specialist in organisational change, governance, and leadership, but has considerable clinical experience in behaviour and lifestyle support for people with a disability and a mental illness. He leads the Allevia team and works closely with the Board, also filling the role of Company Secretary.
Through his role at Allevia, Philip's aim is for the community to see people with a disability in a different way - where disability is not quite a liability, where doors open for them and opportunities are created, and where progress is possible.
Employee Support Manager
Sandra has worked at Allevia since 2001. She has been involved in the community sector for almost 24 years across a broad range of roles including nursing, direct care support, leadership, case management, return to work coordination, work health and safety coordination/management, quality assurance, policy, training, human resource management, and as an unpaid carer. Her current role at Allevia has her supporting people to apply, attain, and retain employment in the disability sector and she contributes significantly to the quality management of the company through her WHS responsibilities.
Therese is a Registered Nurse with many years of experience in both the disability and aged care sectors. She brings to Allevia a wealth of skills in case work and case management, and an extensive knowledge of the community sector support networks and systems. Her clients describe her as being the calming influence in their lives as they strive to overcome challenges in their daily lives and settle into the NDIS.
Property Maintenance Manager - A.I.M.S.
Todd took over the role of Property Maintenance Manager in 2017. With a background in the building industry and transport and logistics, Todd is a real jack of all trades. His duties involve managing all things preventative and reactive in property maintenance, including specialist disability accommodation properties and rented homes. He manages the Allevia fleet of vehicles. He works with an extensive network of sub-contractors to ensure that everyone is safe and happy in their homes.
